MEALS:

ˇ	Breakfast = Ł1.00 per day

ˇ	Lunch = Ł1.00 per day

ˇ	Cooked Tea = Ł1.85 per day (in line with school meal cost)

NOTICE PERIODS:

ˇ	Holidays (applies to all parties to the contract) = 4 weeks

ˇ	Occasional Days Off (applies to all parties to the contract) = 48 hours

ˇ	To End Contract (applies to all parties to the contract) = Usually 4 weeks or Payment in Lieu

ˇ	Settling In Period = Usually 2 / 4 weeks

PAYMENT:

ˇ	If Parent / Carer wishes to pay WEEKLY I require payment weekly in arrears (plus 1 weeks fees as a Deposit)

ˇ	If Parent / Carer wishes to pay MONTHLY I require payment 2 weeks in advance and 2 weeks in arrears (plus 2 weeks fees as a Deposit)

NB: FEES/CHARGES ARE CALCULATED WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPENSES IN MIND:

Food; Necessary Equipment; Health & Safety/First Aid Supplies; Craft/Activity Supplies; Play Equipment/Toys/Books; Outings; Heating, Lighting and Wear & Tear on my Home; Petrol and Additional Motor Insurance for Child Carers; My Training (First Aid, Courses/Workshops, Books, Publications.etc); Public Liability Insurance; Upgraded Home and Contents Insurance for Child Carers; Ofsted Annual Registration Fee; NCMA and DCMA Membership; Stationery; Phone Calls; Additional Time spent each week on Record Keeping, Clearing Up, Planning/Preparing for future Activities etc.
